Return and Refund Policy – Royal Key Cosmetics

At Royal Key Cosmetics, we are committed to offering you high-quality beauty products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
This policy is established in accordance with Italian legislation and the European Union directives regarding consumer rights.
1. Right of Withdrawal
You have a period of 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return, without having to provide any justification. After this period, unfortunately we can no longer accept refund or exchange requests.
2. Return Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.

It must be in its original, intact packaging.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
⚠️ Important Exception for Cosmetics (Hygiene):
In accordance with Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health-protection reasons and that have been opened after delivery.
Therefore, any cosmetic product that has been opened, tested, or has had its protective seal removed will not be accepted for return or refund.
3. Shipping Costs

Customer’s responsibility: If you change your mind and wish to return a product, the return shipping costs are at your expense. These costs are non-refundable.

Error or defect: If the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, Royal Key Cosmetics will cover the return shipping costs.
4. How to Make a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact us by email at royalkeycosmetics@gmail.com, indicating your order number and the reason for the return.

If your request is approved, we will send you detailed instructions.

Please pack the product carefully and ship it to the address that we'll give you in the mail.4. Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected by our team:

We will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item.

We will inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected (based on the condition of the product).

If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If an item is defective or damaged during transport, contact us immediately at royalkeycosmetics@gmail.com with a photo of the product and the damaged packaging so that we can resolve the issue quickly.
